Scholarship of Teaching and Engagement Conference: Utah Valley University

I attended the Scholarship of Teaching and Engagement Conference at Utah Valley University.  What a great thing it is to have two universities just miles apart!  It was a delight to share two presentations “Fostering Engagement with Technology” and “Designing Engaging Learning for a Large General Education Course using Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy” and to meet with and interact with engaging conference goers.  Important changes are happening in Higher Ed.  The evolution is on, though slowly.  We are NOT in a revolution, because revolutions just take us right back to where we were.  We are in an evolution.
